Mr Surfs offers US Delivery via USPS based on weight and size of order

RETURN & Refund Policies

If there has been an error with your order please email [email protected] to submit a return request. 

Items are eligible for return if they:

1) Have not been worn

2) Have not been washed

3) Have not been altered

4) Have their original tags attached

5) Are received at our store within 30 DAYS from original purchase date.

Please email [email protected] with pictures showing the state of the products to verify they meet the above criteria. 

Please send returned items using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your item(s), they will be processed within 3-5 business days at which time you will be issued an exchange or refund for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
